Summary:
On 04/05/07 at about 1138 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Gulbranson responded to Aqua Vista Loop, Yachats, regarding a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputy Gulbranson contacted the male, later identified as Jason Wilson, age 34 of Yachats. Deputy Gulbranson learned that Wilson had struck his wife in the face causing a physical injury. Wilson was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Assault IV felony as their child witnessed the assault. His bail was set at $25,000.00.
