Search and Rescue operations in Oregon captured newspaper headlines last December and while the events resulted in the loss of life, lives were also saved. A synopsis of the investigation into the Kim search operation in southern Oregon will be presented and the audience provided with some insight into what is being done about search and rescue in our county.
