Summary:
On April 7, 2007 at about 8:00 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby arrested Stephen D Rash, 31, of Otis, on a warrant. The warrant was for fail to appear on a drug charge out of Dallas Circuit Court. Deputy Sorby found several hypodermic needles and a small amount of heroin in Rash’s room. Rash was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. The bail on Rash’s warrant was set at $200,000.00. Rash is being held on an additional $50,000.00 bail for being in possession of Heroin.
