Summary:
On March 28 2007 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J Davey issued 35 year-old Tolentino Nava Flores of Newport a criminal citation for the Cutting / Transporting Minor Timber Product and Criminal Trespass II in lieu of being taken into custody after being found in possession of over 200 pounds of Salal, which he harvested on Forest Capital property without a permit.
