Summary:
On 03/25/07 at about 2:00 am, Deputy Gulbranson conducted and traffic stop on a 1995 Isuzu Rodeo at the intersection of SE 32nd and Highway 101 for speeding. Upon contacting the driver of the vehicle, identified Angela L. Sturm, age 29 of Toledo, Oregon, Deputy Gulbranson observed several signs of impairment. Deputy Gulbranson conducted a DUII investigation and arrested Sturm for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Sturm's vehicle was seized for forfeiture and she was transported to the Lincoln County Jail. Sturm's BAC was measured at .16%. Sturm was lodged at the jail and her bail was set at $7,500.00.
