Summary:
On March 25th, 2007 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to the 1300 block of SE Rose St. in Waldport, Oregon on a report of a Domestic Assault. Upon Arrival Deputy Cummings discovered Raina M. Lachance, age 26 of Waldport, Oregon had assaulted another person who resided in the same house in the presence of three minor children. Ms. Lachance was arrested for Assault IV constituting a felony Domestic Violance and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. Ms. Lachance's bail was set at $25,000.00
