Summary:
On March 22nd 2007, at about 7:07 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a report of a female that had slashed two tires on a truck at 5155 Yaquina Bay Rd. in Newport. At the conclusion of Deputy Sorby’s investigation he placed Kelly Grogan, 40, of Newport, under arrest for Criminal Mischief II. Grogan was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged. Grogan’s bail was set at 5,000.00.
