Summary:
On February 28th, 2007, at approximately 9:13 p.m. Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at a residence in Depoe Bay. Deputy John Beckwith contacted an adult couple at the residence. Deputy Beckwith observed both subjects sustained injuries during an altercation. During the investigation Deputy Beckwith learned both subjects had been assaulted by their daughter, Jessica Quinn, age 23 of Depoe Bay. Deputy Beckwith also learned Quinn's infant child was present during the assaults. Deputy Beckwith attempted to contact Quinn, but she had left the residence prior to his arrival.
On March 21st, 2007 Deputy Beckwith contacted Quinn at the Depoe Bay residence. Quinn was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on one count of felony domestic assault. Quinn's bail was set at $25,000.
