Summary:
On March 18, 2007, at approximately 1:55 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Deputy David Boys was patrolling on Highway 101 near Boiler Bay when he saw a motorhome swerving in and outside of the north bound lane. Deputy stopped the motorhome on Highway 101 near Fogarty Creek State Park for Failure to maintain lane and suspicion of DUII. Deputy Boys contacted the driver, Kathy Yvonne Sipos, 56 of Lincoln City, and detected signs intoxication. Sipos consented to perform field sobriety tests and failed all given. She was arrested for Driving under the influence of intoxicants and her vehicle was impounded. Sipos was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and gave a breath sample of .18% BAC. Sipos was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $7,500.
