Summary:
On March 4th, 2007 at about 8:06 p.m. Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the 9500 Block of NW Lark St. in Seal Rock, Oregon on a 911 call of a Domestic Assault between an adult male subject and an adult female subject.
Deputy Cummings and Deputy Gulbranson from the Sheriff's Office responded to the area and made contact with Faleen McCay who reported she was assaulted by her live in boyfriend, Jeffrey Alan Haines, age 27 from Seal Rock, Oregon.
After conducting an investigation Deputy Cummings arrested Mr. Haines and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. Mr. Haines was arrested for Assault IV (Domestic Felony), Harassment and Menacing. Mr. Haines' bail was set at $37,500.00
