Summary:
On 03/05/07, at about 9:56 am, Deputy Sorby conducted a traffic stop on a 1986 Dodge Van that had a license plate light out. The vehicle pulled over near the intersection of Highway 20 and Cline Hill Loop. A routine check of the driver, Agostinho J. O'Neil, 36, was done and a warrant was found for his arrest. The warrant was for fail to appear on a DUII charge out of Jackson County. O’Neil was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail is set at $8,000.00.
