Summary:
On March 2, 2007, at 5:00 PM, Deputy David Boys with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received information from a confidential source that Thomas Henry Weissenfluh, 19 of Depoe Bay, who had a warrant for several counts for Possession of a destructive device and related charges, was known to frequent an address in Depoe Bay. Near midnight, Deputy Boys went to 3720 Evergreen Avenue, Depoe Bay and attempted contact with the subject. Weissenfluh answered the door and was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged for Possession of a destructive device (3 counts), Unlawful manufacture of a device, Possession of a firebomb and Recklessly endangering another person. Weissenfluh's bail was set at $75,000.
