Summary:
On January 31st, 2007 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J Davey issued citations to 45 year-old Rutilo Chacon, 29 year-old Jose J. Vazquez-Hernandez, 21 year-old Jose L. Vazquez -Hernandez and 50 year-old Arnulfo Hernandez-Hernandez, all of Newport, for the Unlawful Cutting /Transporting of a Minor Timber Product (Salal) on private property without a permit. The bail amount listed for the offense is $2,500.00.
