Summary:
On 2/2/07 at about 10:00 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a report of a domestic assault that occurred at 7280 Neptune Ave. in Gleneden Beach. Deputy Sorby contacted the complainant who reported his wife, Dana Vargas, had assaulted him. The complainant had several scratches on his face and had a bloody nose. The complainant's sweatshirt and T-shirt were also torn. Deputy Sorby conducted an investigation and arrested Dana Vargas, 35 of Gleneden Beach, for domestic assault in the fourth degree. Dana Vargas was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged with bail set at $7,500.
