Summary:
On January 25th, 2007 at about 1:37a.m., Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Lance Cummings responded to a single motor vehicle crash on U.S. Hwy 101 near mile post 149 in the Ona Beach area north of Seal Rock. Upon arrival Deputy Cummings contacted the driver of the vehicle, identified as Allan E. Holiday, age 54 of Waldport, Oregon and detected signs of impairment. After completing a DUII investigation Deputy Cummings arrested Mr. Holiday for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mr. Holiday was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Holiday's BAC was measured at .10%. Mr. Holiday was lodged at the jail and his bail was set at $7,500.00. As a result of being arrested for DUII Mr. Holiday's vehicle was impounded.
