Summary:
On January 18th 2007 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J. Davey issued 46 year old Phillip Norton of Waldport a criminal citation for Offensive Littering. Norton received his criminal citation for offensive littering after removing parts from a vehicle he obtained for parts and then disposing of it in the forest.
