Summary:
On January 14, 2007, at about 10:13 PM. James Gerard Lee Garvin, 35, of Salem, was arrested on a felony warrant for delivery of marijuana to a minor. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Sorby contact Garvin who was sleeping in an abandoned vehicle near the intersection of Highway 101 and Drift Creek Rd. Deputy Sorby conducted a routine warrants check of Garvin and was advised of the felony warrant for his arrest out of Marion County. Garvin was placed into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $40,000.
