Summary:

On December 27th 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Gary J Davey issued 18 year old Martin Anderson of Toledo a criminal citation for Offensive Littering. Anderson was cited after disposing of a vehicle the dismantled in the tree line off of SE 118th Street in South Beach.
