Location:	S. Crestline Drive/ NE Edgcliff Dr, Waldport, Oregon

Summary:

On December 23, 2006 at about 1530 hours Deputy Abby Dorsey investigated a single vehicle traffic crash on South Crestline Drive near NE Edgecliff Dr in Waldport, Oregon. The vehicle was unoccupied, however Deputy Dorsey was able to make contact with the registered owner of the vehicle at his residence in Waldport. The driver of the vehicle was identified as, Willis Truman Mullen Jr, 33, of Waldport. Mullen Jr showed signs of impairment and after further investigation was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Mullen Jr was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail. Mullen Jr submitted a breath sample which disclosed a BAC of .25%. Mullen Jr was lodged for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants, bail of $7,500.00.
