Summary:
On December 20, 2006 at approximately 10:30 PM Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy John Beckwith was dispatched to a possible restraining order violation at a residence on Salmon Berry Lane in Otis. While en-route to the residence Deputy Beckwith confirmed that Stacy M. Fox, age 39, of Otis, was restrained from the residence and from having contact with the resident. When Deputy Beckwith arrived he observed Fox standing in the driveway of the residence. Deputy Beckwith took Fox into custody and transported her to the Lincoln County Jail. Fox was lodged on one count of Violation of a No Contact Order. Her bail was set at $7500.
