Incident:	Two arrested on warrants during traffic stop

Location:	Twin Bridges Memorial Park, Logsden, OR

Summary:

On December 11, 2006 at approximately 6:18 PM, a Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle at Twin Bridges Memorial Park, Logsden, OR. The deputy observed traffic violations while following the vehicle east on Logsden Rd and stopped the vehicle to investigate those violations. The driver of the vehicle was contacted and found to be driving while suspended and without proper insurance. The deputy also found that the driver, Otto Clark John, age 40 of Logsden, OR, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Otto John was arrested on a Lincoln County warrant for Parole Violation, Bail $15,000.00.

The deputy investigated further and found that the passenger and John's wife, Willo B. John, age 43 of Logsden, OR, also had an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Polk County for Contempt of Court, Bail $25,000.00. Willo John was arrested on the warrant and both subjects were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where they were lodged on their respective bails. Otto John was also issued several traffic citations at the jail.
