Incident:	Theft and Possession of Controlled Substance
Date Occurred:	December 6, 2006
Time Occurred:	Approximately 7:00 AM
Location:	Sams Creek and Logsden Rd. Logsden, OR

Summary:

On December 6, 2006 at approximately 7:00 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies' served a search warrant at a residence on the north end of Sams Creek Rd, Logsden, OR. Arrested at the scene were Arne "Pete" Christensen, III, age 47, Trina April Hodge, age 42, and Casea Francis Slaven, age 21, all of the same Logsden address. Christensen, Hodge and Slaven were all arrested for the crimes of Theft I, Theft II, and Theft by Receiving. Christensen and Slaven were also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II, Methamphetamine.

Through follow-up investigation, Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies' located and arrested a fourth subject at a residence on Logsden Rd, just east of Siletz, OR. Kimberly Jean Passarge, age 43, of Siletz, OR, was arrested for Theft I, Theft II, Theft by Receiving and Possession of a Controlled Substance, Schedule II, Methamphetamine.

All four subjects were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where they were lodged on the listed charges. Bail was set at $82,500.00 each for Arne Christensen III, Casea Slaven and Kimberly Passarge. Trina Hodge was lodged on $57,500.00 bail.
