Location:	Hwy 20 Eddyville

Summary:

On December 5, 2006 at approximately 4:30 PM, an adult female from the Eddyville area made a 911 call for help, saying she was assaulted by her husband. Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies responded and made contact with the complainant and her husband, Robert Jackson Wolverton, age 61, of Eddyville, OR. The deputies' investigation revealed that Robert Wolverton had assaulted his wife, causing minor injury. Wolverton was arrested for Assault IV, Domestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $7,500.00 bail.
