Location:	Drift Creek RV Park, Waldport, OR

Summary:

On December 4th, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to the Drift Creek RV Park near Waldport, Oregon on a report of a Harassment. Upon arrival Deputy Cummings made contact with a Waldport resident and learned his mother's trailer had been broken into. Deputy Cummings arrested James D. Laible, age 35 of Waldport, Oregon for Theft II. Mr. Laible was cited and released at the scene pending further investigation. Deputy Cummings also arrested Robert L. Robertson, age 51 of Waldport, Oregon for Theft by Receiving and Criminal Trespass I. Mr. Robertson was cited and released at the scene.

On December 7th, 2006 after completing his investigation Deputy Cummings arrested Mr. Laible for Burglary I and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail. Mr. Laible was lodged at the jail and his bail was set at $100,000.
