Location: Fern St. Gleneden Beach

Summary:

On November 26, 2006 at approximately 7:45 PM Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 155 Fern St. in Gleneden Beach, OR for a disturbance involving three females. Deputy Teem arrived at the residence and located a female that was later identified as Jamie L. Brink, 19 years old of Government Camp, OR, laying in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Brink had minor facial injuries consistent with being involved in a physical confrontation.

Deputy Teem detained Brink and placed her in the back seat of his patrol car. During the investigation Brink attempted to kick the windows out of the patrol car. After numerous warnings to stop kicking the patrol car Sgt. Meister with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and Deputy Teem placed leg restraints on Brink. While trying to secure Brink, she bit Deputy Teem causing minor injuries.

Brink was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged for Resisting Arrest, Assaulting a Public Safety Officer, and issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol by Consumption. Brink had a bail set at $32,500.00.

Oregon State Police Trooper Plummer assisted with the investigation and issued four citations for Minor in Possession of Alcohol by Consumption.
