Summary:

On December 4th, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Lance Cummings was dispatched to the Drift Creek RV park near Waldport, Oregon on a Harassment complaint. James D. Liable, age 44 of Waldport, Oregon was issued a citation for Theft II and was released at the scene. Robert L. Robinson, age 51 of Waldport, Oregon was also cited for Theft by Receiving and Criminal Trespass I and was released at the scene.
