Time Occurred:	Approximately 5:00 AM
Location:	315 Miller Road Siletz, Oregon

Summary:

On November 28, 2006 at or about 0548 hours Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies and Toledo Police were dispatched to a reported physical domestic which occurred at 315 Miller Road Siletz, Oregon. After a subsequent investigation Alan Backman, age 30, of Siletz was arrested for Domestic Assault 4 (Felony) and Criminal Mischief 2. Mr. Backman was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a total bail of $32,500.
