Summary:
Oregon State Police, volunteers from the Enforcement of Underage Drinking Laws, and Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff’s Eric Gulbranson and Barry Bruster responded to a report of five subjects fighting and a large minor in possession of alcohol party in the area of Hideaway Lane in Yachats. Oregon State Police and Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff’s Eric Gulbranson and Barry Bruster contacted a female driver leaving the area. OSP arrested the female for DUII. Deputies contacted two minors in the area of Starr Street and Highway 101. Both Michael Wiederhold age 18 of Yachats and Andrew Anderson age 18 of Halsey, Oregon were cited for minor in possession of alcohol. The deputies, EUDL volunteers, and an OSP trooper then contacted a party at 3240 Hideaway and determined that three minors had been drinking alcohol. Danielle Wieboldt age 18 of Yachats, Shay Whiteman age 18 of Yachats, and Issac Jack age 18 of Waldport, were cited for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Franco Trombetta age 21 of Waldport had consumed alcohol in violation of his probation agreement. Deputy Gulbranson arrested Trombetta and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail with no bail. The subjects related to the fight were never located.
