Summary:
On 12-01-2006 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Forest Deputy Davey cited and released 45 year-old Kenneth Sexton of Rose Lodge for Offensive Littering with a bail amount of $2,500.00. Sexton had disposed of carpet and carpet padding on land owned by Green Diamond Resources.
