Summary:

On November 24, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Juston Alexander conducted an investigation regarding an incident at the Crown Pacific Inn in Depoe Bay. Investigation revealed that 35 year old Gilbert Nickeson of Depoe Bay, Oregon held his girlfriend against her will in a motel room at the location for an extended period of time, during which he physically assaulted her and made several threatening statements.

Deputy Alexander located Mr. Nickeson at a residence in Depoe Bay the same day and arrested him for the charges of Assault IV, Menacing and Kidnaping in the 2nd degree. Mr. Nickeson was also arrested for two warrants. Mr. Nickeson was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $105,000.
