Summary:

On November 26th, 2006 at about 11:52am, Deputy Chris Miller conducted a traffic stop on a dark green truck driven by Nolan R. Ringulet, 24 of Klamath Falls, Oregon. A check of Ringulet's driving status revealed that he was driving while felony revoked.

While Ringulet had a hardship permit allowing him to drive from his residence to his job sites, he was visiting friends, had two motorcycles in the bed of his truck, and off-road riding gear in his cab. Deputy Miller determined that Ringulet was driving in violation of the hardship permit and arrested Ringulet.

Ringulet was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $25,000 bail.
