Summary:
On November 30th, 2006 at about 8:42 PM Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies Lance Cummings and Barry Bruster responded to a report of a loud dispute with a single gunshot shot being fired at the above location. The location is the residence of Leon Moline, age 24 of Waldport.
An investigation revealed that Moline recklessly caused injury to a male subject by unlawfully discharging a firearm injuring the victim’s finger. Moline recklessly endangered the lives of several persons in the area by discharging a shotgun. The shotgun rounds passed through a wall into an adjacent apartment.
Moline was arrested for Assault 3, Unlawful use of a weapon, nine counts of Reckless Endangering, and Criminal Mischief II. Moline was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on a $130,000 bail.
