Summary:
On November 22nd, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's deputies John Beckwith and Lance Cummings served a search warrant at an address on the Salmon River Hwy, in Rose Lodge. During the service of the warrant Johnny Ray Murray, age 52, of Rose Lodge, and a female adult were contacted by the deputies. During a records check Deputy Beckwith learned there was a restraining order on file at the Lincoln County Jail, restraining Murray from having contact with the female. Murray was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for Violation of a Restraining Order. Murray’s bail was set at $5,000.
