Summary:

On November 24th, 2006 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible domestic disturbance at a residence on South Drift Creek Road in Lincoln City. Deputy Beckwith responded and learned that, Kimberly Varin, age 40, of Lincoln City, was involved in a physical altercation with her live in boyfriend at the residence. Deputy Beckwith saw minor injuries on Varin's boyfriend that resulted from the altercation. Deputy Beckwith later located Varin and took her into custody. Varin was lodged on one count of Domestic Assault IV. Her bail was set at $7,500.
