Incident:	Warrant Arrest & Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine
Date Occurred:	November 19, 2006
Time Occurred:	Approximately 10:30 PM
Location:	Happy Valley Rd. Toledo, Oregon

Summary:

On November 19, 2006 at about 10:00 pm, a Lincoln County Sheriff's deputy served an out of county civil subpoena on Lori Ann Prine, age 45, of Toledo, OR. After conducting further investigation, the deputy learned that Prine had a no-bail felony warrant for her arrest, out of Benton County, OR. The deputy returned to Prine's residence, made positive identification on Prine, then obtained consent to search. Suspected Methamphetamine was found in Prine's purse and she was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail. Prine was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on the no-bail warrant and $25,000.00 bail for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine.
