Summary:

On November 16, 2006 at about 7:00 PM Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Barry Bruster stopped to assist a disabled motorist. Deputy Bruster learned that a passenger, David Sigler age 37 of Newport Oregon, had a Felony Parole Violation Warrant for his arrest. Sigler was subsequently arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for the no bail warrant.
