Summary:

On November 5th, 2006 at about 1:32 a.m. Deputy Cummings conducted a traffic stop on a 1986 Chevy 16' motor home for failure to maintain lane. Deputy Cummings made contact with the driver, identified as Derrick L. Scott, age 23 of Phoenix, Az and noticed signs of impairment. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII investigation and arrested Mr. Scott of DUII. Mr. Scott was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Scott's BAC was measured at .13%.

Mr. Scott was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail and his bail was set at $7,500.00. Mr. Scott also received a traffic citation for Driving While Suspended. Mr. Scott's motor home was released to a female passenger.
