Summary:

On October 31, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Lance Cummings made a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Arlie W. Oliver, age 39 of Waldport, Oregon, on U. S. Hwy 101 near W. 6th St. in Yachats, Oregon. During the contact with Mr. Oliver Deputy Cummings observerd signs of impairment. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII investigation and arrested Mr. Oliver for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mr. Oliver was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Oliver's BAC was measured at .10%.

Mr. Oliver was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for DUII. Additionally, Mr. Oliver was cited for Possession of Less than an Ounce of Marijuana. Mr. Oliver's bail was set at $7,500.00
