Location:	U.S. Hwy 101 near W. 7th St. in Yachats, Oregon

Summary:

On October 30, 2006 at about 10:44 p.m. Deputy Cummings performed a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by Donna M. Peck, age 61 of Yachats, Oregon for speeding on U.S. Hwy 101 through Yachats. Upon contact with Ms. Peck Deputy Cummings observed signs of intoxication. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII investigation and arrested Ms. Peck for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Ms. Peck was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she provided a breath sample. Ms. Peck's BAC was measured at .12%.

Ms. Peck was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for DUII and her bail was set at $7,500.00. Ms. Peck was also issued a citation for open container and her vehicle was impounded.
