Summary:
On 10-28-06, at approximately 04:30 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Colin Teem and Lincoln City Police Officer Bomar responded to a residence in the 2000 Block of Salmon River Hwy in Otis, OR for a disturbance. Deputy Teem and Officer Bomar contacted Eric Kohnen, age 25 of Otis, on an enclosed porch of the complainant’s residence yelling incoherent statements. Kohnen was detained without incident.
An investigation revealed Kohnen was not known by the complainant and that he was trespassing. Several neighbors reported being alarmed by Kohnen’s conduct.
Kohnen was transported and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Criminal Trespass I and Disorderly Conduct II with a bail set at $12,500.00.
