Summary:

On 10-28-06, at approximately 03:30 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Colin Teem and Lincoln City Police Officer Bomar responded to a residence on Silverside Dr in Otis, OR on a report of a Domestic Disturbance. During an investigation Deputy Colin Teem learned, David Bayer, age 33 of Otis, had assaulted his wife in the presence of their infant child. Bayer was placed in custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for Domestic Assault IV Felony with a bail set at $25,000.00.
