Summary:
On October 25th, 2006 at about 4:20 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Barry Bruster responded to Crestview Heights Elementary/Middle School in Waldport, Oregon regarding a complaint of a student with marijuana on school property. Deputy Bruster’s investigation resulted in the arrest of two 13 year old female students Unlawfully in Possession of Marijuana within a 1000 feet of a school. Both students were cited for the C misdemeanor crime and released to their parents.
