Summary:
On October 17, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Vertner was dispatched to an address on Fairway Dr. Gleneden Beach on a reported domestic disturbance between a husband and wife. Upon investigation Deputy Vertner determined that the husband, Everett Earnest Cutter age 69 of Glenenden Beach, was intoxicated and had assaulted his wife. Cutter was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was charged with Assault IV Domestic and lodged on $7,500.00 bail.
