Summary:

On September 19, 2006 Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Barry Bruster received a report from a complainant that her vehicle was struck by another vehicle while she was stopped on the side of SE 98th Street in South Beach. The complainant’s vehicle, a 1995 Dodge Caravan, sustained front end damage as a result of the collision. The driver reportedly left the scene without providing proper information after the collision occurred.

On October 17, 2006 Deputy Bruster located the suspect, James William Conrad, age 32 of Toledo. Conrad was cited and released for failing to perform duties of a driver when property is damaged.
