Incident:	DUII Traffic Crash

Summary:

On 10-06-06 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies and an Oregon State Police trooper responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on Hwy 20 near milepost 18.5.

Deputy Colin Teem arrived on scene and contacted the driver of the vehicle Matthew L. Dundas, 22 years of age. Dundas told Deputy Teem he had fallen asleep and failed to negotiate the corner. While Deputy Teem spoke to Dundas he detected signs of impairment and conducted a DUII investigation.

Deputy Teem placed Dundas into custody for DUII. Dundas was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he produced a breath sample of .09% Blood Alcohol Concentration. Dundas was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $7,500.
