Location:	Yachats River Road near Yachats, Oregon

Summary:

On October 3, 2006 at about 5:58 p.m. the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received a report of a criminal trespass complaint at a residence on Yachats River Rd. While en route to the location Deputy Cummings learned Lisa L. Graham, age 43 of Waldport, Oregon had refused to leave the residence when asked to do so. Deputy Cummings later located Ms. Graham at her residence in Waldport and issued her a citation for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree with a bail of $2,500.00.
