Summary:
On October 2, 2006 at about 7:00 p.m. the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office received a report of a shop lifting complaint at Clarks Market in Waldport, Oregon. Upon arrival Deputy Cummings learned Eric B. Nelson. age 45 of Waldport, Oregon had stolen an 18 pack of Coors beer from Clarks Market.
On October 3, 2006 Deputy Cummings located Mr. Nelson and issued him a citation for Theft III with a bail amount of $2,500.00.
