Location:	NW Voyager Way, Seal Rock, Oregon

Summary:

On 09/29/06 at about 7:05 pm, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office repsonded to a report of a burglary on NW Voyager Way in Seal Rock, Oregon. During the investigation Deputy Gulbranson, learned that Christopher Lee, age 38, from Waldport, Oregon had unlawfully entered a residence of a 91 year old male and stole a laptop computer.

On 09/30/06 Deputy Gulbranson located Christopher Lee and recovered the laptop computer. Christopher Lee was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Burglary I and Theft I, and had a felony warrant for his arrest. Total bail was set at $125,000.
