Sheriff Asks For Citizen Input in Second Round of Community Meetings
Sheriff Dotson and his team at the Sheriff’s Office are asking for the participation of Lincoln County residents at one of three community meetings scheduled through the month of October. The meetings are designed to get citizen input into the Sheriff’s Office long-range strategic plan. The meetings will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on each of the following days at the following locations:
- 1st Meeting—Tuesday, October 10th at the Depoe Bay Community Center 220 SE Bay Drive, Depoe Bay
- 2nd Meeting— Tuesday, October 17th at the Yachats Commons, 441 N. Hwy. 101, Yachats
- 3rd Meeting—Tuesday, October 24th at the Toledo City Hall, 206 N. Main Street, Toledo
All three meetings will be the same—citizens are invited to participate in just one of the meetings or attend all three meetings if they wish. The Sheriff’s Office will premier a new video for the community about the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff and his staff will also share with attendees, what we said we’d do; what we did; what we’re going to do; and then ask - what you want us to do next.
