Summary:
On September 5th, 2006 the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office contacted a female adult at a residence in Otis, Oregon regarding a reported assault. The female reported she had been assaulted by her boyfriend, Edward J. Pink Jr., age 42 of Otis, over the weekend. During the investigation, Deputy Beckwith observed injuries on the female's arms, knees and back that were sustained during the altercation. Edward Pink Jr. was contacted at his residence and taken into custody without incident. Pink was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. His bail was set at $12,500.00.
